You have the glamping village to yourselves, that’s right no sharing…

We have two individual Glamping Villages in Herefordshire, each set amongst mature trees and positioned in a beautiful secluded spot overlooking the sun setting over the Welsh mountains. Designed to give a wilderness feel without removing too many of your creature comforts.

When you book one of our Glamping Villages, each sleeping up to 60 people, you will be guaranteed exclusivity. You need at least 12 people to stay with us, though please do contact us if your group is smaller, we may be able to help or recommend somewhere local.

For very large groups you can hire both of our Glamping Villages, linked by a woodland path.

Accommodation

Accommodation is in Wooden Glamping Pods with electric lights and heaters for the colder months.

Each Pod sleeps up to 8 people in bunk beds. We provide sheets, all you need to bring is sleeping bags, duvets and pillows.

FACILITIES

There are heated showers and toilets within each Glamping Site.

Sorry – we DO NOT accept dogs on site.

Eating

There is a dining & cooking cabin central to each village. All cooking equipment, pans, crockery & utensils are provided together with fridges, Gas Oven, barbecue, microwave, toaster and kettle.

At the heart of each Glamping Site is a fire circle, with fixed seating allowing plenty of room for your group to sit around the fire.

Our school & youth residentials & corporate camps can be on a catered or self-catered basis. Our Stag & Hen weekends, and Glamping for friends and families are on a self-catered basis.

Please note: if you require electric car charging, please enquire when booking as this will incur an extra cost.

All our Family & Group Glamping is based on Self Catering and requires a min of 12 people. For a quotation for School & Youth groups, Sports Tours and Corporate Camps please contact us.

2024 Weekend Prices: Friday to Monday

Minimum of 12 people. Cost per person, £65.00 per night based on 2 or 3 night stay Friday to Monday (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights)

2024 Mid-Week Prices: Monday to Friday

Minimum of 12 people. Cost per person, £55.00 per night based on 2 or more nights. (Monday to Thursday nights)

2024 Stag & Hen (2 Night Inclusive Activity Package)
Package includes 2 Nights Glamping & 2 on-site activities
Self Catered – Per Person £195.00 (extra costs may be incurred, depending which activities you choose)

To Book

Complete the enquiry form below and we will confirm availability of your chosen dates. To confirm your booking you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £35 per person based on provisional numbers. The full balance must be made 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. You do not need to confirm final numbers until you pay your balance. There is a £10 per person damage/cleaning bond payable (min. £150 per group) which will be refunded after the weekend.

Check In
Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out at 10am on the day of departure.

Our Cancellation Policy

The £35pp deposit is non refundable if you cancel. Cancellations must be made by email. If cancellation is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date the full amount of the booking will be payable. We recommend you take out travel insurance in case you are unable to travel.
